Open Door is happy to be able to offer something for kids of all ages!
SUNDAY MORNINGS
There is a kids' church service that runs concurrently with our 10 am service. This service includes worship, an offering, and a message; as well as fun games and activities to promote hands on Bible learning. Kids' church is open to children in kindergarten through fifth grade. Our Children's Pastors Andrew & Laura plan fun and engaging lessons your kids are sure to love!
For the little ones not old enough to go to kids' church, we have a preschool room during our 10 am service! An age-appropriate service for kids age 3-5 includes worship, a simple video lesson, games, coloring, and snack time.
Last but not least, for our tiniest attendees, nursery is available during our adult Sunday school class at 9 am and our 10 am service. Caregivers are welcome to check their child in and drop them off, so they can attend Sunday school or the service as the nursery will always be staffed. In addition, the room is always available for caregivers needing to change diapers or give their little one a break.
WEDNESDAY EVENINGS
On Wednesday nights, kids' church meets at 7 pm for lessons and activities. Our curriculum offers a variety of biblical stories and age-appropriate teaching to get our kids familiar with their Bibles and the life of Jesus.
Our preschool classroom is not open on Wednesday nights, so children under the age of five can go into the nursery.
The nursery room will be open on Wednesday nights as usual.
