Our church has a ministry that goes to the Jail every Monday and Wednesday night. We reach out to those that have fallen on hard times and need a little encouragement and love. Open Door Assembly has the opportunity to minister to those who live in a nursing home setting. A team of people go to Hillside Place three times a month to share with the residents some songs and a message of hope and faith in Christ. We are challenged to help those who cannot get out to attend a church service and encouraged by doing what we can to meet their needs.
